Description
Lauro Golf comprises of 3 loops of nine holes which enables golfers to play a variation of rounds especially if staying and playing there over a period of time.
The first 18 holes were designed by Folco Nardi who made it technical but not difficult. Concentration and good club choice will result in a good score.
The final 9 holes (numbers 19 to 27) were designed by Mariano Benitez requiring the same concentration and creative shot making. The course is mainly flat so allows players to walk the course if preferred.
Two of the holes are situated at the base of the mountain and provides exceptional views of the Guadalhorce Valley and Mediterranean Sea.
The clubhouse is situated in an old Andalucian "Cortijo" with a fabulous courtyard around a centennial rubber tree where players can sit and enjoy a "cerveza" or "vino" in the sun or shade.
Lauro Golf also has facilites for the non-golfer to enjoy including an equestrian centre, swimming pool and "padel" tennis court.
